Temrs And Policies :

1.Scope of Work The freelance artist will provide creative services as outlined in the project brief agreed upon by both parties. Any additional services or revisions beyond the initial scope will incur extra fees unless otherwise agreed.
2. Payment Terms A 50% deposit is required upfront before work begins. The remaining 50% will be paid upon project completion and before final files are delivered. Payments can be made via [payment methods, e.g., PayPal, Cashapp , venmo , zelle]. Late payments may result in project delays or cancellation.
3. Revisions Two rounds of revisions are included in the agreed price. Additional revisions will be charged at a rate of [amount] per revision. Revisions are limited to changes that do not alter the original scope of the project.
4. Timeline and Deadlines The timeline for project completion will be mutually agreed upon at the outset. Delays in providing necessary materials or feedback from the Client may result in extended deadlines. The artist is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside their control.
5. Ownership and Usage Rights The artist retains copyright of all original artwork unless otherwise specified. The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final artwork for the purposes agreed upon (e.g., commercial, personal use). The Client may not alter, resell, or redistribute the artwork without written consent from the artist.
6. Cancellation and Refunds If the Client cancels the project after the deposit is paid, the deposit is non-refundable. If the artist cancels the project for any reason, the deposit will be refunded. Refunds are not available for completed work.
